Two developments, Acacia Place and a site at 701-707 Camden Valley Way that has sold out, against fifty four in Leppington and twelve in Oran Park. Half of the buyers looking here want a lot between 300 and 400 square metres and just under half want a double storey. What that means for an owner is that you are more likely to be building among paddocks than among a hundred identical frames, which changes the neighbours and nothing at all about the standards.

Which stage is worth booking above the others?

Frame. It is the last time washers, grips, bracket fixings and plate bearing can be counted, and none of them is visible once the linings are up.

Does building outside a big estate change anything?

Not for the inspection. It sometimes changes the builder, and a smaller builder can be either better or worse than a volume one. The checks are identical either way.

Can my builder keep me from inspecting?

No standard NSW residential contract lets them, and the house is yours. A note to the supervisor arranging a time is normally all it takes.
